4 package frozen chopped spinach
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 stick butter
flour
salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 cartons (4 ounce) whipping cream
Parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and DRAIN spinach. Pat spinach into buttered 9"x13" baking dish. Dip breasts in flour then into butter and place on top of the spinach. Season well with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour whipping cream over spinach and breasts. Sprinkle GENEROUSLY with Parmesan cheese and dust with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
