2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dry Vermouth
1½ teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1½ teaspoons Country-style Dijon mustard
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
2 6 ounce salmon fillets
cooking spray

Directions:

Pre heat broiler--combine--whisk first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.. Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; brush salmon with half of the honey mixture. Broil 4 to 5 minutes or until done brushing frequently with remaining honey mixture.
