2 cups roasted sunflower seeds (microwave for 5 minutes on high) or other nuts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
2-3 tbsp Coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender like a Nutribullet (can use a food processor but it will take longer) and blend until smooth. You will need to stop the blender, scrap the sides, then turn it back on several times. Enjoy!

One of the greatest pleasures in life is homemade nut butters! So good! 😋 If you've never made your own, you need to start! You will never go back to store bought butters again! Personally I'm allergic to nuts but I can eat seeds. Yay! I made my own sunflower butter last night & WOWZA! It's a creamy melt-in-your-mouth delicacy!
