6 peaches, washed, and cut into pieces (about 8-10 slices per peach)
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Whip together mascarpone, maple syrup, & spices. I used the whisk attachment on my Kitchen-aid. Set aside.

Spray grill lightly with cooking spray. Grilled peaches on both sides 4-5 minutes. Remove from grill & top with mascarpone topping.
