3/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg
2 Eggs Beaten
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Can Cream Style Corn (8 3/4 Oz)
1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine - Melted

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg - set aside.
In medium bowl combine eggs, milk,corn and margarine. Mix well
Add flour mixture and stir well.
Lightly grease skillet, heat over medium - high heat.
Drop batter by rounded tablespoons into hot oil.
Cook 2-3 minutes on each side - until golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup.
