1 cup Skim ricotta cheese ( I used the whole carton)
1 cup shredded cheese ( or more)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese ( divided)
2 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
6 Lasagna noodles ( cooked according to package)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cloves garlic minced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 package spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Mix cheeses and basil
Step 2: heat oil; add mushrooms cook 4 minutes add garlic and cook 1 minute stirring.
Step 3 Stir in sauce, simmer 5 minutes
Step 4: add spinach, remove from heat, cook till wilted
Step 5: Spread 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of 9 x 12" pan. Top with 4 noodles, half of the cheese, 1/3 cup sauce then repeat. Top with noodles and remaining Parmesan cheese
Bake 350 degrees till bubbly
