1 can cream of potato soup
3/4 c. milk, divided
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 5-oz. cans chunk chicken breast, drained
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose baking mix (Bisquick)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix soup, 1/4 c. milk, pepper, vegetables and chicken in 9" pie plate. Mix remaining milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

I seldom use canned chicken - I substitute chopped baked chicken breast.
