1 ol confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 8 oz milk chocolate bar

Combine margarine, confectioners' sugar, and peanut butter in bowl; mix well. Press into 9 x 13 dish. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Spread over top. Cut into squares.
