2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
4 Tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup canned milk
28 large marshmallows
14 oz pkg flake coconut

Icing: 1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup canned milk
12 oz pkg milk chocolate chips
small pkg, slivered almonds or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together. Bring to a boil , stir constantly. Remove from heat.

Add flour and soda and mix well.

Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla together well with above mixture.

Pour in 9 x 13 x 2 cake pan and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. While cake is baking boil: canned milk and add 28 large marshmallows. This will melt. Then add the coconut. Pour over hot cake and spread evenly.

Icing: Bring icing ingredients of sugar, butter and milk to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add: 12 oz pkg milk chocolate chips and slivered almonds or pecans. Pour over cake and spread to edges.
