1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water, scant
1 beaten egg
1 c. raisins (or more, for thicker pie)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour & cinnamon. Add water and egg. Wash raisins. Place raisins in unbaked pie crust. Spoon mixture over raisins - It is quite thin. Bake at 400º F for 10 min, then at 375º F until done.
