1 c sugar
2 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 c juice saved from pineapple and oranges
3 egg yolks
1 box Acini De Pepe
1 TBSP salad oil
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 c marshmallows
1 large cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit and reserve the juices. Combine sugar, flour, salt, juice and egg yolks. Cook until thick. Melt marshmallows with cooked mixture. Cook acini de pepe in salted water and 1 TBSP oil. Drain and cool with cold water. Drain again. Combine with cooked mixture. Chill overnight, covered. Next day, add fruit and cool whip.
