1 medium cabbage, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 tsp salt

Sauce:
1 c vinegar
1/4 c water
2 c sugar
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt over cabbage and let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out liquid from cabbage. Stir in carrots and peppers. Set aside. In a separate bowl combine vinegar, water and sugar in a saucepan. Tie seeds in a bag and drop into the water mixture. Bring back to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Set stand until lukewarm. Pour over cabbage mixture. Mix well. Freeze.
