2 ripe avocados
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 c sour cream
2 TBSP mayonnaise
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions
7oz can sliced black olives
3 tomatoes, diced
Directions:
Directions:
Mash ripe avocadoes with lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. Spread on plate or shallow pie dish. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread over avocado layer, leaving 1 1/2" edge. Sprinkle monterey jack and cheddar cheese over sour cream layer. Add green onions, then black olives, then tomatoes.
Serve with Doritos.
