24oz frozen strawberries
3 c sugar
1 c water
2-4 TBSP lemon juice
1 pkg powdered pectin

For fresh berries use 2 c berries & 4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to strawberries and let stand until berries are thawed and sugar is partially dissolved. Add lemon juice and stir. Add pectin to cold water and bring to a boil. Boil hard 1 minute. Add this to strawberries and stir 2 or 3 minutes. Can be kept for about 3 wks.
