1 lb. cottage cheese
4 cups flour
1 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Icing
1 tsp. almond flavoring
3 cups 10 X sugar
1-2 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together cream cheese, salt and vanilla in blender until smooth. Remove from blender and add flour. Blend well. Chill overnight. Roll out and cut into shapes with choice of cookie cutters. Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes or until puffy and golden. Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies. Sprinkle with sanding sugar if desired.
