2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 broccoli crowns cut into pieces
1 head cauliflower- cut into pieces
2 cups baby carrots
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch broccoli & cauliflower for 4 min in boiling water. Blanch carrots for 6 min. Combine soup, sour cream and cheese together and fold in blanched veggies. Pour into 9x13" baking dish. Top with French Fried onions and bake 350º for 45 minutes.
