3 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP red pepper
2 medium onions
2 packages polish sausage sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil except onions and sausage. Layer onions and sliced sausage in glass gallon jar and pour mixture over. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 week then enjoy!
