1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1 tsp. maple flavoring
3 TBSP sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
3 cups

Filling
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. maple flavoring

Frosting
1 cup 10 X Sugar
1 TBSP. butter
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1-2 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 5 ingredients for 2 min with mixer. Warm butter and 3/4 cup milk and add slowly to mixture. Slowly add flour. Let rise until double in size. Mix together filling ingredients. Divide dough into thirds and roll out one at a time. Sprinkle filling mixture on each layer, stacking layers on top of each other. Cut into pieces like a sunburst and twist each ray. Bake 350º for 18 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients and mix well. Drizzle over cooled ring.
