1 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
6 anchovies, minced
1 1/2 tsp. green onion tops, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
cheddar cheese cubes
garlic croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry spinach. Blend remaining ingredients, except cheddar cheese and croutons in a blender. Pour over spinach and toss lightly. Garnish with cheese and croutons.
