1 large head cauliflower
1 tsp. garlic pepper
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 In a large bowl whisk together flour, water, and garlic pepper. Add florets to batter and toss to coat. Spread coated cauliflower onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 20 min, stirring every 10 min. Remove from oven and drizzle with wing sauce. Return to over and bake another 20 min. stirring every 10 min. Serve with dipping sauce.
