2/3 cup flour
6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine flour, cocoa, sugar and salt. Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat until it starts to thicken, whisking often.
Place the eggs in a separate bowl.
Gradually mix some of the hot mixture into the eggs, then return all to the saucepan until the pudding comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and continue whisking until thick, about 2-3 more minutes.
Remove from heat and sir in the butter and vanilla.
Enjoy warm or pour into serving cups, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate about 4 hours or overnight until set.
Serve each pudding with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
