1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Green Peppers - chopped
1 Small White Onion - chopped
14 Oz Lean Ground Beef (400g)
2 Cups canned Tomatoes (500ml)
1 Cup Cooked Rice (250 ml)
1 Tsp each of salt & chili powder
1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add the onions and green peppers, saute until just soft.
Add ground beef and cook until brown.
Drain off the fat.
Stir in tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
Simmer 20 minutes, then serve.
