2 lbs. of Idaho potatoes

⅓ c. of butter

c. of milk

(more butter always makes them better)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice into medium pieces. Cover with water, salt. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook until tender. Drain. (You can use the potato water to make your gravy)

While hot add butter and beat with electric mixer. Gradually add milk and beat until mixture is creamy.
