Ingredients:  
1 pkg frozen white corn- thawed
1 can black beans- drained and rinsed
1 medium red onion
1 medium red pepper
1-2 jalapenos
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 container salsa (found in produce dept)
Salt as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion, red pepper and jalapeno. Mix with corn, beans, salsa and cilantro. Add salt as desired.

(May substitute fresh diced tomatoes for salsa). Can be served as a side dish or as a dip with corn chips.
