1 Tsp Olive Oil
1lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Cup Chopped Onion
4 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 - 28oz (796 ml) can Crushed Tomatoes with juice
2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tsp Dried Basil
1/2 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Celery Seed
1/4 Tsp Dried Crushed Chillies

Cook beef over med heat - drain and rinse with hot water.
Add olive oil, garlic and onion to beef. Cook until onion is softened.
Add remaining 12 ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil, Reduce heat to medium - low, Simmer, partially covered - 30 min.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days or in freezer for 6 months.
