Strawberry Jell-O Salad Recipe

1 large pkg. strawberry Jello-0

8½ oz. can crushed pineapple* (undrained)

2 c. water

2 c. miniature marshmallows

1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)

9 oz. Cool Whip

1 c. pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add and dissolve marshmallows. Chill until Jell-O begins to set.

Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Pour into 9 x 13 dish or any mold. Refrigerate.

*I have used a large can of crushed pineapple. It stilled turned out good.
