2 lbs. peeled and sliced baking apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 ¼ tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
butter
pastry for 2-crust (9-inch) pie

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven in Convection. Bake to 425 F (400 F). Toss sliced apples with lemon juice. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add to apples and toss until well coated. Pour apple mixture into pastry-lined pie plate. Dot with butter. Top with remaining pastry and flute the edges. Slit top of the pastry to vent. Convection bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
