Ingredients:
2-3 boneless chicken breasts
1 cream of chicken soup
1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables (drained well)
1 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crusts (2 in box)
onion salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, and shred. Mix cream of chicken soup and Veg-All soup. Add chicken and seasonings to soup mixture. Place first pie crust in glass dish. Pour mixture in crust, and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with remaining pie shell and flute the edges. Using fork, prick top to help the pie to vent during baking. Place foil over crust to prevent burning. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, then remove foil. Bake another 5-10 or until crust is golden brown. (Note: draining the veg-all is very important, and this will help the pie cut out clean).
