3 c. water

¼ c. converted rice

½ tsp. salt

1 box Uncle Ben’s long grain & wild rice (Original recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil, add salt and rice. Follow direction for cooking the rice. Do not cook too long. After rice is done, place in baking dish. (9 x 13)

Salt and pepper chicken and place on rice. Slice pads of butter and place on top of chicken. (I use 1 to 2 stick of butter) Cover with foil and bake 350º for one hour.

Take foil off and brown chicken the last 5 minutes.
