Apple Enchiladas Recipe

Apple pie filling
18 flour tortillas
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 2 foil pans
Lay tortillas out on clean surface
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, spoon 1 heaping 1/4 cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Roll up and place seam side down in prepared pans.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar and water, Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
Reduce heat and simmer ( or let cook) for 3 minutes.
Pour sauce over enchilada and let stand for 30 minutes
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden
