10 to 12 oz. white chocolate baking chips
4 oz. butterscotch chips
1 tbsp. shortening
1 cup flaked coconut, toasted
3/4 cup crisp rice cereal
1 cup halved macadamia nuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large microwavable bowl, melt the white chocolate, butterscotch and shortening; stir until smooth. Add the coconut, cereal and nuts; mix gently. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper; let stand until set.

These confections are so easy to make. Be sure to use good quality white chocolate chips, it really does make a difference. When we did the final testing of this recipe, I left the room for 1/2 hour and when I returned, they were all gone...hmm...not fair!
