2 lb. roast beef
2 tbsp. oil and 1/4 tbsp. margarine
1 med pepper
1 med onion
1 med tomato
soy sauce
basil leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in pan with oil and margarine until very brown on both sides. Salt and Pepper.
Remove roast and add cut up pepper, onion, tomato--brown unitl done add 2 tbsp. soy sauce, add roast to pan.
Add one basil leaf & 2 tbsp. more of soy sauce.
Cover with water.
Cook in 350 oven for 2 - 3 hours.

Remove roast and thicken sauce with small amount of corn starch mixed with water. Boil while stirring until thick enough. Serve over quartered potatoes or bread.
