1/2 lb. butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. confectioner's sugar
juice of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar for 15 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into a prepared tube-pan and bake at 250ºF. for 25 minutes. Increase temperature to 325ºF. and bake for 55 minutes or until tested done. Total baking time 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Mix confectioner's sugar and lemon juice for glaze.
