4 medium red potatoes
4 medium carrots (peeled and cut into pieces)
1 medium onion (cut in wedges)
1 Corned beef brisket with flavor packet
1 can beer
water
Cabbage (cut in wedges)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pot with cooking spray.
Place potatoes, carrots, onion in the pot and place corned beef on top. Sprinkle the seasoning packet.
Add beer and enough water to cover the meat.
Cook on low 10 to 12 hours
Remove corned beef and add cabbage. Cook 30 to 35 minutes on high.
