1 unbaked pie crust
4 cups rhubarb, cut thin
1 heaping cup sugar
1 heaping Tbsp flour
Two eggs, well-beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and egg yolks. Pour over rhubarb in unbaked crust. Put on lattice crust or another pie crust (cut slits if you do). Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
