1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
7 oz can evaporated milk, well chilled
½ cup water
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
¾ cup sugar
Yellow food coloring (optional)
1 kiwi fruit (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour chilled evaporated milk into a medium size bowl and whip with an electric mixer until soft peaks form, about 1-2 minutes. Mix water, lemon juice and gelatin in microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minutes. Stir to dissolve gelatin.
