6 whole Chicken Breast

3 c. Chicken Broth

¾ c. soy sauce

¼ c. cornstarch

1 tsp. sugar

¼ c. salad oil

2 cans water chestnut pieces

2 cans bean sprouts

Cashew nuts

Green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar together. Set aside. Add oil to wok and cook chicken until opaque.

Add broth mixture to chicken and cook until thickened. Stirring constantly, simmer 1 minute. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts and green onions.
