Ingredients:  
1 unbaked prepared 9 inch pie crust
¼ cup flour
1 cup whipping cream, unwhipped
4 or 5 very ripe peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie shell in pie plate. Mix flour and sugar. Sprinkle some of the dry mixture on bottom of pie shell. Peel peaches and slice into shell. Add cream to rest of dry mixture and stir well. Pour over peaches. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, or until filling browns slightly and looks set.
Cover the edge of pie shell with foil until about the last 15 minutes so crust doesn’t brown too much.
