1 to 2 Lbs. Hamburger
Flour
Ketchup
Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Make hamburger patties like normal.
Coat with flour. (salt and pepper)
Brown on one side.
Turn over.
Put tsp. ketchup on each patty.
Finish cooking hamburger patties.
Remove patties from skillet.
Make gravy in the dripping in the skillet.
Add 2 tbs. ketchup or amount desired to gravy (pinkish brown color).
Return patties to the gravy mixture.
Serve.
