Marinade
1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sugar

Stuffung
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 medium onion sliced
3-4 sprigs parsley or dill

Directions:
Remove fins from salmon and rinse well in cold water. Make shallow diagonal slits 1/4 inch deep slits on both sides. Rub 1-2 tablespoons salt all over fish, let stand 30 minutes.
Blend all marinade ingredients together.
Place salted fish in container large enough to include marinade. Pour marinade over fish, cover and refrigerate for four hours. A plastic bag sealed with a twist is ideal container for fish.
