2 Small Boxes Raspberry Jello
1 3/4 Cups Boiling Water
1 8Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese - Softened
2 Large Cans Mandarin Oranges - Drained
2 10 Oz. Boxes or Bags Frozen Raspberries With Juice
1/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Pint Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello in boiling water until dissolved.
Beat in softened cream cheese until well mixed.
Add fruit and cold water - stir with spoon to blend.
Beat 1 Pint Heavy Cream until stuff.
Fold into Jello mixture.
Pour into salad mold or large bowl.
Refrigerate until set.
