Oatmeal Butterscotch Chip Cookies Recipe

1 c butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c a.p. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp water (optional)
1 1/2 c oatmeal
12 oz butterscotch chips

1. Cream butter, sugar. Add eggs.
2. Blend in dry ingredients and water, if required.
3. Stir in chips.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
5. Bake 350 for 8-10 min.

Substitute Skor bits
I found batter sticky and added a bit more flour and oats.
Cookies flat and chewy.
