2 Jars (14 Oz.) Favorite Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce
6 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Bread Crumbs ( I use Seasoned0
2 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
6 Oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (about 1 1/2 Cups)
8 Oz. Spaghetti

Preheat Oven 350
Whisk eggs until frothy - Mix Bread Crumbs, Oregano,Parmesan Cheese and salt. Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs. Heat olive oil - brown chicken on each side.. Cover bottom of pan with small amount of sauce - add chicken pieces. cover with sauce. Cook 30 minutes - top with Mozzarella Cheese - return to oven for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Just prior to chicken being done - cook spaghetti as directed on package, heat sauce - Serve and Enjoy!
