1 1/2 Lbs. Hamburg
1 Egg
2/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburg, egg, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Fill loaf pan with mixture.
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard and nutmeg - pour on top of meatloaf.
Bake 350 º - about one hour.
