2 cups 80 proof vodka, from glass bottle
15 raw almonds, peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up almonds. Add to mason jar. Add vodka. Store for 1-2 months, shaking contents every few days.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To remove almond peel...blanch almonds in boiling water for exactly 60 seconds. Cool on paper towel, and pinch skins to remove.
