2 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 frozen pie shell dough in rolls
1/4 stick of butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Set Pie shell dough out until room temp. Cool chicken breast and shred when it cools. In a large bowl add chicken, soup, frozen veggies, cheese, salt and pepper. Place one pie shell in the bottom and up sides of an iron skillet, or pie dish. Put all mixed ingredients on the dough, then put the 2nd pie shell dough on top and crimp the sides 2 fork or fingers. Cut 4 slits in the center of the dough and pour butter on top. Bake 350 until golden brown.
