35 saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 pkg.(12 oz.) chocolate chips
finely chopped walnuts


Directions:
Directions:
Put aluminum foil in a jelly roll pan. (A 15x10" pan is perfect.) Arrange crackers in pan.
Put butter and brown sugar in pan. Stir until it come to a boil. Continue to boil, stirring the entire time.
Pour on top of crackers.
Bake at 400º F. for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Spread out to edges.
Sprinkle a few nuts on top.
When the almond roca is hard, break into pieces
Store in an air tight container.
Will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
