2 lb. shrimp not breaded (frozen)
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 large onion chopped
2 can tomato sauce
2 green bell peppers
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shrimp 5 minutes. Save 1 cup stock. In a heavy skillet or electric skillet, make a roux by heating oil and stirring in flour, stirring constantly until well browned. (almost burned). Add chopped onion and brown slightly. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Stir a minute for shrimp to pick up roux and onions. Add tomato sauce, green pepper and 1 cup of shrimp stock. Cook slowly one hour. Serve over rice. Will make 4 large or 5 med. servings. Can be frozen.
