14 oz pkg Caramels (about 50)
1/3 c Evaporated Milk
1 box German Chocolate Cake mix
1 tbsp Water
1/2 c Butter softened
1 c Pecans chopped
6 oz Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels and milk in heavy sauce pan and melt over low heat. Keep war,. Combine dry cake mix, water, butter and pecans with a fork until crumbly but holds together.

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. Press 1/2 of the cake mixture into pan. Bake at 350º for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread caramel mixture on top of chocolate and spread. Sprinkle remaining cake mixture on top and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Cool completely and cut into squares.
