2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pan that you have just cooked a beef roast. The juice in the pan needs to be hot and if there is just a small amount, dissolve 2 beef bouillon cubes in about 1/2 c. water and add to pan. Make sure the juice is hot before adding the Yorkshire pudding mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Top should look dry.

I usually make a double batch of the pudding and put it in a 9 x 13" pan.
